Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shabe application and related services provided by Shabe AI Corp ("Shabe," "we," "us") at app.shabe.ai (the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Shabe is a proactive sales intelligence platform. With your explicit consent, the Service may connect read-only to Gmail and Google Calendar (and other integrations you enable) to detect opportunities, surface insights, and support recommendations. The full description of data practices, including Google OAuth scopes, appears in our Privacy Policy.

3. Google APIs and third-party accounts

If you connect Google, you authorize Shabe only for the permissions shown at OAuth consent and described in the Privacy Policy (including gmail.readonly, calendar.readonly, and basic OpenID profile/email scopes). You must comply with Google's terms and with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Shabe will not use Google user data in ways prohibited by that policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may disconnect Google at any time in Shabe settings and revoke the app under your Google Account (Security → third-party apps). See the Privacy Policy for what happens to tokens and synced data on disconnect.

4. Plans and billing

Shabe offers tiered plans as described at signup or checkout. Billing is processed by Stripe. Fees, trials, and renewals are governed by the terms presented at purchase.

5. Data access and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Shabe requests read-only access to Gmail and Calendar for the features offered; we do not use those OAuth grants to send mail or modify Calendar on your behalf. Content may be processed by AI systems after sanitization as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. AI limitations

AI-generated outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. You remain responsible for business decisions. Shabe does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.

8. Termination

You may cancel or downgrade your subscription according to in-product billing controls. Upon termination, access may end as described at checkout. You may request data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Shabe's total liability arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Public website

shabe.ai may present additional marketing terms, waitlist terms, or policies. If there is a conflict between those pages and these Terms for use of the application, these Terms control for app.shabe.ai unless we state otherwise.
